Modular fire plugging -- cable sealing device
The device is composed of steel pre-embedded frame, variable diameter cable sealing module and compression device, which can firmly fix any size of cable, and achieve the four protective effects of high fireproof, waterproof, insect-proof and shock-proof. Provide solid protection for the state and enterprises and even private property.
1. Fireproof partition construction
A) check the appearance quality of the clapboard before installation.
B) Two pairs of special hook bolts are arranged on the bracket arm to fix the separator and the cable support (bracket) firmly; and the separator is perpendicular or parallel to the bracket, and the whole should be ensured on the same horizontal plane. Bolt head should not be exposed too long and special gaskets should be used as shown.

C) there should be about 50mm overlap between the clapboards, fixed with bolts and special gaskets. The installation process gap and the larger part of the gap are sealed with organic fireproofing materials.
D) Holes should be firmly fixed and kept flat when sealing holes with baffles, and the fixing method should meet the design requirements, as shown in the figure.

2. Organic fireproofing and blocking construction
A) during construction, organic fire plugging materials should be embedded in the pores that need plugging.

B) When a layer of organic fire retardant plugging material is wrapped around the cable according to the design requirements, it should be evenly and tightly wrapped, as shown in the figure.

C) When using partition board and organic fire retardant plugging material to plug, the organic fire retardant plugging material should be slightly higher than the partition board, and the shape of the partition should be regular. Aluminum alloy frame can be used for setting, as shown in the figure.
